About Us

The Correctional Education Association is the only organization made up of and dedicated to serving educators who teach youth-at-risk, incarcerated juveniles and adults, and returning citizens!

Region 1 is very proud to represent Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and the Eastern Canadian Provinces.
